These Terms & Conditions govern services provided by Al Sudais International Travel Pvt Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
Services and Bookings
We provide Umrah packages, visa assistance, flight ticketing, hotel booking, transport coordination and international tours. A booking is confirmed only after the required documents, terms and payment have been accepted. Prices, availability, schedules and inclusions may change until confirmation by the relevant supplier.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate names, passport details, contact information and travel dates. Customers are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, travel insurance and compliance with airline, hotel, immigration and destination-country requirements. Delays or losses caused by incorrect information or missing documents may be charged to the customer.
Suppliers and Changes
Airlines, hotels, transport companies, visa authorities and tour operators may apply their own rules. We may arrange a reasonable alternative if a supplier changes or cancels a service. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, denied visas, denied boarding, lost luggage, weather, government restrictions or events beyond our reasonable control.
Payments and Cancellation
Payment deadlines, cancellation charges and refund eligibility depend on the selected service and supplier. These details will be communicated at quotation or booking stage. Unpaid bookings may be cancelled without notice.
Limitation of Liability
We will use reasonable care in arranging services but do not guarantee visa approval, airline availability, hotel upgrades or uninterrupted travel. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the affected service.
Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Complaints should first be sent to us for resolution.
We may update these terms when required. The latest version will apply to future bookings.
