This Refund Policy applies to services arranged by Al Sudais International Travel Pvt Ltd. Refunds depend on the service purchased, supplier rules and the timing of the request.
General Conditions
A refund request must be submitted by email to alsudaisinternationaltravel@gmail.com with the customer’s name, booking reference, service details and reason for the request. Verbal requests are not considered final until received in writing. Processing or service charges already incurred may be deducted.
Flights and Ticketing
Flight cancellations, rebooking and refunds are subject to the airline’s fare rules. Non-refundable tickets, used tickets and missed flights may not qualify for a refund. Any approved refund will be paid after the airline or ticketing supplier releases the funds. Airline penalties, agency charges and payment-processing fees may be deducted.
Hotels and Tours
Hotel bookings and international tours follow the cancellation terms confirmed at booking. Refunds may be unavailable for late cancellations, no-shows, partially used stays or non-refundable reservations. Supplier penalties and administrative charges may be deducted from any approved amount.
Visa Services
Visa fees paid to embassies, immigration authorities or service centers are generally non-refundable, including when an application is refused, delayed or withdrawn. Our service fee may also be non-refundable once document review, appointment scheduling or application processing has begun.
Umrah Packages
Refunds for Umrah packages depend on the terms of the airline, hotel, transport provider and visa authority. Amounts may be deducted for issued tickets, confirmed accommodation, visa processing, transport, administrative work and supplier penalties. A written package-specific cancellation schedule will be provided where applicable.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–30 business days after receiving the supplier’s funds and completing verification. The time taken by banks or payment providers is outside our control.
